Oakbridge
Oakbridge is an enclave of single family homes located in the Northeastern side of the Sawgrass Players Club community. Oakbridge is both the largest and the oldest community within TPC Sawgrass Players Club, showcasing 354 homes. Being that it is the oldest community in the neighborhood, it also has quiet a history. Originally, Oakbridge was built as part of community called Inlet Beach, and homes in Oakbridge still boast that legal name. The community was part of the Thousand Oaks golf course, which was later renamed Oakbridge, as Oakbridge was added to Sawgrass. A gate currently blocks the former entrance to the community, making its connection to the Thousand Oaks neighborhood off A1A a distant memory.
Residents inside Oakbridge enjoy more amenities than any other part of the Sawgrass Players Club. The entrance to the community goes along Players Park, which features a playground and pavillion, basketball court, sand volleyball court, baseball field and a soccer field for residents to enjoy. Adjacent to Players Park is the Ponte Vedra Golf and Country Club (formerly Oakbridge Country Club), which features an Aquatic Center with Junior Olympic swimming pool, a tennis club, and golf club with championship course. Oakbridge is also the most affordable neighborhood of single family homes in all of Sawgrass, with homes typically ranging from the $200’s-$400’s. Many homes in Oakbridge back up to either water or the Ponte Vedra Golf and Country Club course. View covenants and restrictions for Oakbridge at Sawgrass community.
