At 88 total homes, The Preserve is the largest single family home subdivision in all of Sawgrass Country Club, and is just one home larger than Old Barn Island. On old developer maps from the 1970’s, the area was referred to as “The Wildlife Preserve”, hence the name of the subdivision. The Preserve is located on the very Southern tip of Sawgrass Country Club. Half of the community is located on Sea Island Drive, which was named after the resort in Southeast Georgia.
