North Jacksonville is the fastest growing real estate area in all of Jacksonville. Referred to as “The Northside” by locals, this area features many new communities with affordable homes. Up until the last decade, this area was mostly undeveloped with prices of land remarkably lower than other areas of Jacksonville.
